Mark Freight LLC - Refund Policy

1. One-Time Consulting Services
All one-time consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Freight Broker Startup Accelerator

  • Shipper Growth Program

  • Carrier Network Buildout

  • Logistics Operations Automation

  • Customized 1-on-1 Coaching
    are non-refundable once the service has commenced, as they involve expert time allocation, digital resources, and proprietary information.

2. Percentage Model Services
Percentage-based fees (10% of booked load volume) are assessed monthly for active support services rendered.
These fees are non-refundable once services are performed and volume is verified.

3. Ongoing Advisory Retainer (Monthly Subscription)
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle via email or online form. No refunds will be issued for the current month once the service period begins.
Refunds are only issued in the event of billing errors or service failure documented and verified by our team.

4. Cancellations and Billing Disputes

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in immediate service suspension. We aim to resolve all issues amicably.
